MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Welcome to the Tri-Town School Union. Our approach to technology integration and use is that it should be a tool, not a goal in and of itself. Technology integration is most effective when it helps develop students' social-emotional competencies, supports innovative teaching practices, and ensures an inclusive learning environment in our schools. Our teachers work hard every day to integrate technology in a meaningful way to provide opportunities for students to do things previously not possible without technology, and to also provide tools to create new knowledge. Our IT Team works hard to support that teaching and learning, and strives to ensure that technology achieves pedagogical goals for students.
